   The beginning of August saw us attending a couple of local Champ Shows. The first of the two was Paignton Champ show which was a a very wet and rainy day however despite the gloom of the day, Laika (Winterdance Immodesty Pays) placed Third in Post Graduate Bitch under Chris Johns. With this placing Laika has qualified for Crufts which was one of our aims for 2013 as we are very excited about the Crufts 2014 Siberian Husky Judge Karsten Gronas http://www.vargevass.com. Five days later and a little less coat Laika surprisingly got awarded VHC in Post Graduate Bitch at Bournemouth Champ Show. Of course it is great when other people think your dog is as lovely as you do, but more to us than any placings Laika has received is to see Laika's enjoyment of showing and her woo's of delight when the show lead comes out!
