Barney Brown Dog is our darling rescue cross breed Heinz 57 boy who is invaluable for sibe security and does a bit of sibe herding too, his payment for his efforts are extreme cuddles and belly rubs and the sibes all love him. We started to scooter with him as he is a very strong boy and living with sibes had perfected his pulling power whilst on the lead, however due to his mysterious breeding his eyes are slightly too far apart so he keeps on bumping into things at close proximity so his vocation is really the sofa. He likes to run alongside the rig during training to check that the sibes are running okay but unfortunately he just can't keep up and ends up in the rig bag having a husky ride - he's not stupid! Every human is a potential best friend so he gets very excited meeting new people. Before he went into a local rescue sanctuary he was abandoned and tied up to a fence for days as a pup which had left him with a few issues, he was also attacked by bigger dogs in the kennels so was fostered with Matt into a home environment and he carved a niche out in Matt's heart and never left. With time, hard work and lots of love he is a different dog now albeit still excitable when he meets people but is a very happy boy being a husky cheerleader and bed warmer.
